Explore Pangarchulla, One Of The Himalayas’ Finest Summit Treks

Journey through forests, alpine meadows, and rugged mountain terrain before standing atop one of Uttarakhand’s most rewarding trekking summits.

The Journey

Pangarchulla Peak Trek

Pangarchulla Peak is one of the most sought-after summit treks in the Garhwal Himalayas, combining beautiful forest trails, alpine meadows, and a challenging summit climb. Beginning from the mountain villages near Joshimath, the route passes through oak and rhododendron forests before gradually ascending towards the higher reaches of the Himalayas.

The trek shares its approach trail with the famous Kuari Pass route, offering magnificent views of Nanda Devi, Dronagiri, Chaukhamba, Kamet, and several other Himalayan peaks. As the trail climbs higher, the terrain becomes increasingly rugged, eventually leading to the summit push that defines the Pangarchulla experience.

Reaching the summit is both physically demanding and immensely rewarding. The panoramic views from the top stretch across some of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in Uttarakhand, making Pangarchulla a memorable experience for trekkers seeking a greater challenge.
